10. Right of withdrawal
10th. According to current regulations, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without having to specify the reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products ordered on www.flyhammer.it
10b. This right is intended for final consumers, customers who make purchases for purposes unrelated to their commercial activity or who do not provide the VAT number at the time of the order. It does not apply to professional consumers who buy for purposes related to their professional activity or with a VAT number.
10c. The right of withdrawal is applicable to unused products, in their original packaging and may concern the whole order or part of it. The goods subject to the right of withdrawal do not include goods ordered at the request of the Customer. For any doubt, it is advisable to ask for more information before purchasing.
10d. To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to submit a written request by sending an email to email@example.com with the subject "Order withdrawal n.", indicating the order number, and send the goods to be returned in its original packaging, provided with a receipt / invoice and a copy of the email sent or a sheet with transcription of the same where the will to withdraw is indicated, taking particular care to pack the products carefully to avoid any damage. Shipments on delivery or in any case with expenses borne by the Site will not be accepted. The shipment must be made by the Customer within 14 days from the date of sending the email for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
10e. Following the return of the products, carried out the necessary checks, if there are the conditions to proceed, the Customer will receive the refund of the price paid for the purchase of the goods, excluding shipping costs, through the same payment method used or other agreed, as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods at the headquarters of www.flyhammer.it in via Gorizia 1 B, 37057 San Giovanni Lupatoto (VR), Italy.
10f. In the event that the returned goods are not accompanied by the required documents (receipt / invoice and copy of the email), is not complete in all its parts, element, manual, label or packaging or is used or manipulated, it will not be possible to continue the normal and complete withdrawal procedure and the relative refund. In particular, the Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods, resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning, according to Directive 2011/83 / EU co. 47 which provides that "the consumer should only handle and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do so in a shop".
